Below The Line Finance: Terms and Conditions for the PATHWAY TO PROFITS WITH PURPOSE™ Programme

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing the programme. 

Agreement to Terms

 1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our 6-week transformational program designed for heart-led business owners, PATHWAY TO PROFITS WITH PURPOSE™. 

1.2. By purchasing this Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.Should you disagree with any aspect of these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from purchasing or participating in the Programme.

2. Program Description 

2.1. The PATHWAY TO PROFITS WITH PURPOSE™ program is a comprehensive online course that includes video content, initially live sessions (which are available as replays), downloadable resources, and interactive elements aimed at helping participants flourish financially by aligning earnings with ethics.

3. Registration and Payment

3.1. To secure a place in the programme, participants must complete the registration process and pay the program fee. The program fee is inclusive of VAT and is non-refundable except as described in the refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Participants who are not completely satisfied with the programme after experiencing the first module, are eligible for a full refund.

4.2. Refund Requests: To request a refund, participants must send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of the first module's release. The email should include the participant's name, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.

4.3. Refund Processing: Upon receipt of a valid refund request, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refunded amount will usually be credited back to the original method of payment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights.

5.1. All content provided in the program, including videos, documents, and other materials, is owned by Formby Forensic Services Limited T/A Below The Line Finance and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express permission.

6. User Conduct

6.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during live sessions and in any program-related communications.

6.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the program without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Personal information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimers

8.1. The programme is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Formby Forensic Services Limited T/A Below The Line Finance does not guarantee any specific financial or business outcomes from participation.

8.2. The programme is not intended as a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The facilitator is not a licensed mental health professional and does not offer medical or psychiatric services. Participants with mental health concerns are advised to seek professional guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability 

9.1. Formby Forensic Services Limited T/A Below The Line Finance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the programme.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.

11. Lifetime Access Terms for PROFITS WITH PURPOSE™ Programme

11.1 Access Duration: "Lifetime access" entitles you to use the PROFITS WITH PURPOSE™ content indefinitely on the Below The Line Finance platform, subject to the ongoing availability and maintenance of the programme.

11.2 Ongoing Access & Enhancements: You are entitled to continuous access to the program materials, along with any free updates, ensuring you benefit from the latest enhancements without additional costs.

11.3 Service Continuity: In the unlikely event that Below The Line Finance discontinues the programme, we will provide you with a minimum 30-day notice to download the resources you need. Should we transition to a new platform, your access will be migrated and maintained.

11.4 Access Rights: Access is exclusive to you, non-transferable, and subject to proper use. Below The Line Finance reserves the right to revoke access in cases of misuse. The term "lifetime" corresponds to the lifespan of the program rather than the user's lifetime, and does not imply endless or lifelong support.

 

 12. VAT and International Tax Information

12.1. The listed price for our digital products is inclusive of a 20% Value Added Tax (VAT), as mandated by UK tax regulations. Customers purchasing from outside the UK should be aware that tax implications may vary, and are advised to consult their local tax laws accordingly. Additionally, for business entities registered for VAT, the Reverse Charge mechanism may be applicable. 13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

13.1. Formby Forensic Services Limited T/A Below The Line Finance  reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
